Peggy AokiA Movable ChefPeggy Aoki is a former restaurant chef, trained through a series of apprenticeships in California, France and New York. She has also had formal training at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and continuing education classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California. Peggy has been a cooking teacher for over 5 years. She currently teaches a popular series of basic cooking classes at Draegers Culinary Center in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through Peggy's work as a private chef for clients in the Silicon Valley, she realized that many families could benefit from the services of a private chef, but couldn't afford the full time services. She created A Movable Chef to provide a healthy and delicious alternative to eating out for clients who appreciate fine food. For More Information:
