Sedar at Rosey's
I'll work on this page some more, but for now, here is Laura's basic Sedar menu
charoses 1/2 cup per guest - equal parts chopped apples (tart) and walnuts, spice with cinnamon and nutmeg and cloves (I don't use the cloves), soak with manishewitz concord grape wine
wine, wine, wine - 4 glasses per guest minimum
plate - orange, parsley, horseradish, roasted hard-boiled egg
