The recipes are a collection of my own recipes I've gathered, tested and adjusted over the years.

The FAQ section includes some of the questions folks have asked me over the years.

The resources section includes a bibliography of preserving books and links to other sites that provide both technical and historical information about preserving food.

I teach preserves classes in the community, please contact me if you would like me to teach a class for your group.
